so, royals people I follow have pointed out that earlier in the season Salvy had said that he felt like he wasn't having to shoulder all of the weight of the offense like he had previously, which helped boost his individual play, but that is obviously no longer the case, because the royals offense mostly sucks

 

they're still currently 13th in runs per game but have scored 3 runs or less like 11 times this month (only 1 of which was a win)

and 4 other wins this month they scored 4 runs or less

 

4-9 is painful
