I had a thought while playing Elden Ring that I want to share but it's kinda off topic but I guess that hasn't stopped us before

My therapist was online and told me that I am very well adjusted and that all my posts are good

 

I need to return to therapy eventually, but my last experience just left me feeling meh about it. She either sucked at keeping notes or never reread them because every session was like me repeating the same shit again and again. was glad when it ended.

 

I think I prefer in-person but that may just kinda be a hassle

 

Yeah I was the same way but it just wasn't doable with what I wanted from therapy, so I settled and it ended up working out
