For what it’s worth, when I went on antidepressants about five years ago - it made a night and day improvement for me. It’s weird though because it’s subtle and all of a sudden, weeks later, you’ll be like “hey I think those just helped?”

I’m glad that you are giving some medication a try. Not that that solves any of the other problems here, but could help you be more equipped to handle it.

I feel you that all you want after a busy ass work day is to come home to your daughter and family and that’s what makes it all worth it. Who knows, maybe the change of pace might help you breathe and have more energy to be superdad when you come home
