So my sister ended up picking up this dog Friday that had a harness but no collar. It had been running around with two other dogs the day before but nobody in the neighborhood could get it. We’re trying to find the owner but it really seems like they probably weren’t very attentive owners because this dog has opened up to us quickly and is clearly very dependent on affection lol. He also whined when my sister left to go to yoga and he’s been here for two days.
