they've gotta port 3 and 3 now

 

I'll be honest I'm so excited for a Zelda game starring Zelda after 40 years and the mechanics look so cool that I don't really care that Silksong will never come out

 

Metroid Prime 3 released almost 20 years ago

I never thought I'd live to see them pick up the Sylux thread lol

I wonder if the trailer is running on the Switch 2 engine. Looked pretty damn good for Switch

 

New Mario and Luigi, new Mario Party, new Zelda, new Metroid trailer. Lots of awesome stuff.

Even the goofy stuff (pun intended) like the Illusion Island update and the Looney Tunes game has me excited lol.

Look dude, relax. It's an opinion. Every port that's not a big reveal, with that guy's nails-on-chalkboard voice talking over everything, to me and me alone, is dogshit filler that has no place in what remains of the Nintendo E3 conference

Give me ten minutes of Brothership, Mario Party and Dragon Quest, 30 minutes of Reggie Fils-Aime's successor bullshitting on stage, and then bring the building down with playable 2D Zelda and Metroid Prime 4 and the first shadowy glimpse of the Switch 2 console

Excited for Mario And Luigi, Mario RPG fans be eatin' so good.

Excited for a Zelda game actually starring Zelda. Fucking incredible.

Excited for Prime 4. Thank God the bastards did it.

Excited for Dragon Quest, so glad the mad lads are remaking the whole trilogy.

Excited for finally fucking getting Investigations 2 in English.

Excited for DK, the Romancing Saga 2 remake, a new game from the Danganronpa folks.

Overall a really good spread.

 

Love that they're taking the opportunity to throw in the Punisher game.

Whelp. I wanted Twilight princess and Wind Waker on switch. And some classic pokemon collection. But I guess a new Mario party, the legend of link, turok, and Nintendo halo is ok.

 

Can't wait for that

Yeah I’m pretty relaxed. I was stating my own opinion that I didn’t understand how it was dogshit, but go off I guess

 

yeah i really wanted Wind Waker but we got so many great games announced

 

Honestly forgot that was even mentioned with everything else they dropped lol. Also excited for that.

 

I didnt like the focus on story and other characters in Prime 3 so Im a bit worried about Prime 4 but even still, Its just so wild to see a new game in that franchise. Never really thought itd happen.

 

Also Aonuma looking like a snack these days. That TOTK money looks good on him

 

The new combat mechanics in Echoes of Wisdom looks unbelievable. The fact you can magically summon monsters to fight for you is so fucking cool.

 

Yeah, those gameplay mechanics look incredibly versatile and I'm excited to see what the limitations are on what you can use as a weapon. I hope they come up with some fiendish puzzles.
