Still need one more point in dex for winged scythe but I did get the necessary stats for the tree sentinels golden halbesrd and holy fuck I am deleting characters with that thing. Made tons of progress last night, rennala is down half of caelid is cleared I made it to the plateau

Oh yeah I did the big cheese last night and killed the huge dragon in caelid and popped a rune acquisition thing rught before it died so I literally got 5 levels lol I think I cleared 55 maybe 60

how do you get past that madness tower in liurnia im not heading up there yet I still need to progress the varre quest line but I’ve never actually finished the quest because I stop there

 

What I usually do is start from the grace that's to the south of that tower, then use rocks and stuff to creep up on the madness tower without getting inflicted, kill the rats at the bottom of the tower, then climb up and kill the guys up there

I think you can start to the west as well but I find the runback from the south to be better if something ends up killing you on the way

After you kill the guys up there once the tower stops working even after resting

 

Alright sick I might give it a try just to clear it out before I have to go to that church up there for the quest
