tbf I don’t know if anything is actually confirmed, it just became a big inside joke amongst Philly fans when he said something that was a bit anti-vaxish (or maybe anti mandates?) a few years ago. So that combined with a lot of their other stars being conservative coded (like white dudes named Aaron from the south or Mormon Bryce or etc) has led to tons of Jan6 and other conservative Phillies jokes lol
