I watched and enjoyed that show but I don’t remember anything about it. I have no idea what yall are referencing lol. Was that the one that didn’t agree to the plan?

 

yeah the plan was for everyone gets one 50/50 decision on the bridge but she refused so the guy in front of her kept going and of course fell. Then in the next game everyone got mad at Mai for nominating her to be eliminated.

But the guy on the bridge should have just stayed put and either everyone loses or someone else steps up. He did his part.

 

I might check out that Dancing With the Devil doc because the girl’s dad was one of my teachers in high school haha

Just watched Dead Poets Society again - man, what a great film

 

I know I am like six months late but I Enjoyed the squid game competition show but it could have been 8 episodes. and it got less creative as it went on. Too many lame eliminations and not enough games.

 

Just finished watching The Wire tonight. My second time, my wife’s first time. Honestly enjoyed this rewatch more than my initial time seeing it… so much to take in and appreciate. The level of detail is outstanding. It’s like the great American novel set to television. Obviously fucking phenomenal writing and performances all the way through. I’m seriously gonna miss living in this world.

 

Just move to Baltimore

 

Season 2 is underrated

 

Seriously tho. There’s an argument for it being the best one. But tbh idk how I’d rank them personally.

 

season 5 is my least favorite and other than that the rest have a case for number 1

 

Yeah that’s about where I originally landed with it, but now fresh after finishing a rewatch, season five has some of the series’ best moments. Now I think that season is also underrated lol.

 

Back when the AV Club was still a reputable publication, they had a series where this hipster host would go to different cities where popular shows were set. “The Wire” one was pretty interesting. Wonder what it looks like 13 years after this.

 

I'm only a few episodes into Fallout but the main woman whose name I can't remember right now is already one of my favorite protagonists ever. Love her.

 

smiling friends is a random as hell show but like some of that stuff has me busting up laughing because of how silly it is

 

I guess Kripke doesn’t like going longer than 5 seasons
