I couldn't imagine ever going on a cruise nowadays

 

We want to go on an easy vacation in January and for like half a moment we thought cruise and were like nah let’s go to Aruba instead

 

If you’re going to the Caribbean I don’t understand why you’d do a cruise over an all inclusive. Alaskan cruise might be cool. Riverboat cruise in Europe might be cool.

Cruises are objectively fun and relatively affordable/low maintenance and they come with a casino which is a sweet bonus

Yes

 

Good food, open bar, cheap casino = Fun

Not liking those things = Not fun

 

Yeah alcoholism and gambling addictions are good positive things as is cruise food

Okay fine, open bar and cheap casinos are fun for me and the formal dining room does have really good food and if you only eat on the lido deck you're a sociopath

 

Do you not think the bar is factored into the price of an all inclusive too? lol

I didn't originally include "cruise food" in my post because I haven't been on a cruise but I thought it'd be funny to include that as if eating cruise food is as bad of an experience as being drunk as an alcoholic

Would absolutely love to go on an Alaskan cruise. My family wanted to do one soon

 

lol so it's actually better than because you don't have to pay for it if you don't drink, as opposed to an all inclusive?

 

Alaska is a beautiful state

an all inclusive is better because a resort is better than a cruise ship and you can still do excursions and sit by the pool or go into the ocean

 

The ocean has beaches though, has the thread addressed those yet

 

For the record, I'm not arguing a cruise is better than an all inclusive, though for me it is since I really like playing blackjack and the majority of all inclusives don't have a casino. I'm simply saying Cruising is very fun and I'm mad at Covid for ruining it.

 

The last cruise I got to go on before the plandemic, I won enough playing blackjack to pay for everything and turn a profit. It was awesome lol.
