Have you ever had a liquid filled record before? Wonder if the sound quality diminishes at all. I’d assume not but I always wonder with these special ideas. I’ve been burnt by picture discs haha

 

I am truly confounded at the liquid-filled records thing. Just seems like a bad idea!

 

I don’t own any yet. Seems like a fun gimmick, but not something that’s either good for your turntable stylus (liquid moving around could shift the record?) or your shelf (if it leaks). That said, if they do one for a must have album I’ll probably grab a copy.

 

I may or may not have woken up at 5am to use the bathroom. Saw that, ordered it since that album has been on constant play since it came out a year and a half ago.

I just picture the liquid drying up at some point.

I remember rebuying the Takashi Miike movie Ichi the Killer on DVD because it was in this weird blood bag case. Needless to say years later, the "blood" dried up.

Finally got my TEN EP’s!

 

Still no shipping for the EPs or triple album.

 

I sent them an email saying something like, “hey there, just looking for an update on this order. I saw that some people have gotten theirs. Thanks.”

I got a response and the tracking info within 24 hours.

 

Worth a shot. May need to follow up soon about what their FTSTyS2 plans are.

 

I think they’re silently pressing them again with the correct tracklist.

 

I had some nasty car repairs the last few weeks. So I cancelled about 9 preorders. Including FTSTYS2. So I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed they press it with the full tracklist in the future.

 

That 1975 album sounds so bad on vinyl that I thought my record player was broken

Yeah, I had to remind my wife this was a paid for before Christmas when I opened it today. Haha! So happy though. I've wanted the Houston Calls for a minute too. Hopefully yours will come through quick!
