The crowd

 

I thought all the matches were good but almost nothing made sense. It all felt so random like they quickly planned everything right before the show.

 

Mania had a few shimmering moments but was mostly shit

 

The ladder dive Zayn did in the first match was one of the coolest things I've seen.

 

I actually did fall asleep and I'm glad I did, lol

 

They better have a great Raw planned tonight but who am I kidding? they don't

hope we get bayley, big cass and ezno, and balor club tonight

nothing makes sense

at least Nakamura is in NXT

 

So does Corbin come up to the main roster now ? If he doesn't I don't get the point of him winning the battle royal.

maybe KO is feuding with Finn Balor next but I really hope not / Reigns is going to face Brock Lesner most likely in the coming months for the title / we may be getting Cody Rhodes back soon

 

I doubt he comes up right now - the battle royal is truly worthless and doesn't really give a rub for anyone

 

That's my exact thought, maybe we will see him on Raw though. It was supposed to give Cesaro a big rub and yea looked what happened.

I'm not a Roman lover or hater but god damn if they don't turn him heel they're literally strangling his career. I had to feel bad for the guy being booed like that after winning the big one at WrestleMania. Their ignorance and stubbornness on this has become unbelievable.

 

I don't believe Corbin's gotten a title shot in NXT yet. I could def see him using this as his argument to why he deserves one now. He hung with (and defeated) the big boys kinda thing.

 

I thought he had one against Finn Balor? He also was in the title match during the dusty Rhodes tag team classic.

 

This was the only match I was disappointed in. I expected some of Dean's weapons to backfire on him. I know Lesnar wasn't going to get hit with anything hardcore but I don't think Dean would have minded a couple of spots. He came out looking weak to me.

All three of those call ups make sense and I would like to see them. The only issue is the roster seems so overcrowded. Maybe there can be some more variety on the shows and 75% less recapping. I know they are doing that stuff with an already huge roster but a guy can dream.

 

You may be right, but I can't seem to recall it at the moment. Also the Dusty Rhodes tag team classic had nothing to do with the NXT Championship. Either way, his storyline recently had been that he wants a shot at the title, so he could still use the same argument I listed above. If they don't move him up to the main roster that is.

 

Overall I didn't hate WM as much as many people did (especially the reactions on reddit). It wasn't my favorite WM by any means, but I felt like there were quite a few well put together matches (up until the ending of course). The ladder match, Styles/Jericho, and women's triple threat were all great matches. I don't agree with the endings to each of them, but for me it doesn't take away from the work they did within those matches.

 

Balor Club as the new Shield type stable till Finn breaks away gets his push and is hated by all the fans seems plausible.
Spoilered even tho it's only speculation on my part.

 

I really hated Mania. The show made no sense top to bottom.

From the usual nostalgia acts that I couldn't care about to the bland matches and the ridiculous outcomes it was the worst case scenario when looking at the card.

The Women's match , some spots on the ladder match and New Day's entrance were the only worthwhile moments for me. And even those were stained by the outcome of the matches.

Also, in a night of baffling decisions, Ryder winning that match has to top them all. Zack Ryder in 2016.

 

So, that Takeover was pretty good, huh?

 

Really don't understand the hate for Riman Reigns. He's a great father.

 

It just dawned on me that Dolph Ziggler has never had a singles match at WrestleMania and yet Erick Rowan has. Wow.

this is gonna sound like a heel promo for this thread. Even with all the injuries during the year, this Wrestlemania was as enjoyable as any in recent memory. Ladder match was very entertaining. Jericho styles put on a good show. If you don't enjoy hbk foley and stone cold or for that matter the Rock and dare I even say Cena why are you watching wwe. Longest and best women's match in main roster history. Shane vs taker hit the spots they needed. Who doesn't enjoy 20 ft jumps??? Some solid entrances (Sasha new day hhh). I'm not saying it was perfect, last match was obvious and shouldn't have closed and who wasn't rooting for Shane to take over raw. I totally get some of the outcomes don't fulfill the dream scenarios of many in this forum but to say that this Wrestlemania was horrible is a reach.
