Judging by the song title, this band has not grown up in any way since 2001.

Did you honestly just write a comment pre-judging a song by the title?

The song is actually quite good. Way better than the last single which was as generic as it gets.

No offense to anyone who enjoys this band but I cannot fathom how they’ve managed to survive as long as they have… I liked the self-titled when I was 15 and that was it. I guess there will always be new 15 year olds out there…

Absolutely. I enjoyed Wasting Time and the s/t back in the day but Destination Unknown is beyond generic even for this genre and the rest doesn't really hold up 20 years later.

I appreciate Mest, but I can't disagree with either of these takes. I saw Mest last year, and while I enjoyed it, it was mostly just from a nostalgia standpoint. If my 38-year-old self discovered them now on my Spotify Release radar, I would skip (unless the track was "Wasting Time" or a handful of others that still hold up). Certainly "What's the Dillio" wouldn't peak my interest like it did when I was a teenager.

Still, I'm happy the band is still making music, and if more of it sounds like "Hate You Sober," I'm here for it.
