It just occurred to me that Sad Summer wasn’t included on the $25 deal. Surprising, considering how poorly my city’s date has been selling.

 

It was for some markets, but a good chunk of them aren't LiveNation affiliated too.

 

I also didn’t realize until I bought tickets that there were no fees included on the $25 ticket deal, so that made me extra happy

Boston Calling aftershow with Frank Turner. Looks to be the only one they're doing this year but it's a good one. Kinda bummed I'll be getting over jet lag and have another show on Saturday (Crime in Stereo/Spaced), otherwise I'd be all over this!

Twenty One Pilots announced their Latin America tour, including stadium shows in Brazil and Mexico. CDMX will be their biggest show to date as the stadium has a capacity of over 60k

NSN final show seems like just the thing WWWY was looking for to hold down the tent stage at 3:30 pm

 

The last I heard of them they played in my college’s green space for free

 

Love em but their US Shows have been on sale for 6 weeks and most dates have TONS of tickets still available.

 

Imagine my surprise when I just learned NSN has 8 full lengths and 9 EP’s.

 

NSN was on the warped tour I did in 2013. They wouldn’t let a merch guy ride on their bus for two days to his home because he didn’t smoke weed.

The main guy was nice whenever I talked to him but he was high 24/7

 

Dude was definitely self-destructive and very intent on self-sabotaging his career, starting with the insane tattoos and piercings he got all over his body as he was getting popular off being a heartthrob.

 

So apparently groups of pickpockets is a big thing at fests now. Lots at Coachella and sick new world and now one day into Rockville 100’s of people reported their phones stolen. Anything in particular you guys are doing different to combat this? Besides being very aware at all times. Apparently it’s become a huge problem at the bigger fests.

 

Every year there are stories about this at Lollapalooza and every year it gets worse, it's people in rings that come from all over the US especially for that.

Whenever I go to Riot Fest I see girls with their phones peeking from their back pockets, sometimes half the phone is out just begging for someone to pick it. Just be safe and aware of your surroundings, the worst thing you can do is say "it will never happen to me" and be careless.

 

Tbh I usually keep my hands in my pockets when I'm watching bands regardless, not even out of fear of being robbed.
