Boiling Point is currently free on Prime, it’s a great companion piece to The Bear, and wouldn’t be surprised if it influenced it. It’s shot entirely in one take and gets pretty chaotic.

I had a friend who just watched "Seven Fishes" for the first time this week. He reacted appropriately.

 

Burnt is coming to Netflix on 5/28. Which is kind of like if The Bear was a romantic comedy starring Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller. A little corny, but also might be another good companion piece to The Bear .

weekly for consistency/something to look forward to in my daily routine. i've only ever binge-watched a couple times, but it's not the worst model if i want to watch more than one at a time. still prefer a weekly release.
