Im sure this was a very thorough investigation and it’s just a coincidence it coincides with the cops not bringing criminal charges

 

I think after 5 years it's fun to revisit the QB class and rerank them but I also think it's ridiculous when sites are like "REDRAFT THE 2023 DRAFT" when it's halfway through the 2023 season

 

I just dont like continual excuses for QBs that are supposed to be 'great'

That being said I think Herbert has pretty consistently come up short in big moments, much like the Cowboys game last season

 

My philosophy is that a lot of this shit is ALL situational and when we look at "Herbert doesn't have X and Burrow does" it's like yeah but that's just life lmao, you're not gonna be able to undo that and in 5 more years if Herbert and Burrow are more equalized the past will still be looked at as their developmental time and it sucks that we'll never get a TRUE vacuum look at any of these guys but it's all about making the most of your situation whatever it may be, and some do and some like Herbert haven't

 

Like giving Lawrence Urban Meyer sucks ass but also, he was bad at times last year and that had nothing to do with anyone but him just... Missing throws

Obviously the Jags FO hasn't done enough to help him but he also hasn't been great either

 

yeah everything is fluid with rankings like that

If Herbert comes out this season and propels his team to a SB win he vaults to the top
