It says early '95. OJ was arrested in June '94. May be a month or so off, but I don't know that necessarily means it's completely made up.

I'm not saying I believe the story but to be clear what it is claiming is that the tweeter worked at USC in early 95. While working there, I guess during the trial or between the arrest and the trial, he witnessed a meeting between OJ's lawyers and his boss, at which the events which were covered up in the 60s while/before OJ was a student there were discussed.
