i had that happen at my last place. i got my landlord to have a pest guy check it out and they never found it but made sure there wasnt a colony about. those fuckers are all cartlidge they can fit through anything through the size of a dime

Yeah and informed the landlord about it. She said she called an exterminator who basically asked her if she really wanted him to come out there because he probably wouldn’t find it. Also, a lot of bats are endangered species so it’s not like he would come in just kill it outright

She said she swung by to check out the attic of the place and didn’t find any other bats, any droppings, and noted that any open areas had been sealed off already so it’s likely that the bay snuck in somehow and has already left, but I can’t shake the feeling
