Baten Kaitos rules, especially with the new quality of life stuff in the remaster.

Played it as a kid but could never beat the final boss cause I didnt understand the number combos. On my recent playthrough I got a big 1-9 combo and took out the back half of his HP in one turn.

That’s a shame, I was looking forward to a potential remake of 2. Ironically, working on Battlefield is what happened to Visceral before they were shuttered.

This gives me hope as the remake is incredible and my memories of 2 are fond (though I haven't played it in forever and you can't play it on playstation currently). However, maybe it's 'bunk' that it was even in development so there was nothing to cancel.

The remake of 1 is so intense, I'm on chapter 5 or 6 and pulse pounding is an understatement. It's just an extremely well crafted game BUT I can totally see it selling poorly. Complaints of too scary, or too repetitive, or clunky combat would all be valid to me even though I disagree with those sentiments.

 

Time to get back into my flat crack addiction.

 

Use the Silent and build an aggressive poison deck. Do it right and nothing can stop you.
