Sheeeeyit Baltimore isn’t even close to DC in terms of quality international food but even this city has an outstanding Mexican place to doordash from called Charro Negro. They have perfect guacamole, perfect elote, and they gave me four fucking enchiladas stuffed to the brim with chorizo and an actually amazing verde sauce and exceeded my expectations for $13

 

Weirdly enough it’s in the middle of Greektown by a BUNCH of Greek restaurants lol but that’s the neighborhood next to Highlandtown which is very Hispanic concentrated
