I just feel bad for France, lol. They just watched one of the biggest WrestleManias in history while gearing up for their first ever relevant show and they're going to be rewarded with Damian Priest vs. Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes vs...uhhhh.

 

The time between Mania and the draft is a transitional period. There won’t be much to say or watch until after Backlash and heading into Clash.

The weird thing about Jey is he is massively over, has a pin over Roman and Gunther’s only win with help was against him, yet I can not see him taking the belt off Priest (who had no big solo wins prior to the cash-in). Hell I’m pretty sure Jey beat him in one of the Raw main events this past winter.

 

Yeah, like, I get putting Bronson Reed in there after the ARMBAR, sorta like Big Cass was in that 4-way that KO won just to show he can hang with the top guys. But when the other two are Ricochet (a barely credible mid-card champ) and Jey (who had the most underwhelming match of the weekend), it only leaves you bad choices, like an obvious Drew win or a lesser winner like Jey.

I mean, they shouldnt run Arthur Ashe again because at some point its like running Chicago 10x a year. Do it once a year for Grand Slam. Run Long Island once a year as well.

Would be smart of them, with all the CMLL stuff, and NJPW people (and it being around Dominion) to hold it on the West Coast.
