With this being another installment of the story as opposed to an adaptation, what are the odds I’ll be lost if I’ve never played the games

 

You should be fine. It's mostly a simple story on the surface.

 

The games' stories actually have very little to do with each other despite sharing worldbuilding since they all take place in different states and are years apart. I'm sure the show will do a good enough job on its own explaining the different factions and such along the way such as ghouls, mutants, Brotherhood of Steel, and of course Vault dwellers.

 

Yeah it's never been one of those deeeep stories and it should be easy to follow for first timers. It's basically just a story about people who lived in vaults to avoid nuclear bombs due to war, venturing outside to discover how bad radiation has messed stuff up. Like giant scorpions and rats.

I am so confused by this Disney+/Hulu integration.

I have subs to both. A monthly hulu sub and an annual Disney+ sub. I don't have the bundle, but I am still getting all the Hulu stuff on my Disney+. Did it just automatically link my accounts because it's the same email and account info?

 

yes. anyone who subscribes to both services will get access to the integration, regardless of whether it's being billed as a "bundle". the bundle is being advertised as a cheaper option to draw more customers in, but if you have separate subscriptions using the same email address, you'll also have access.

not exactly. Hulu and Disney+ now run on a unified system despite differences in programming, UI, and features. notably, the biggest differences are a more limited programming selection on D+ due to licensing issues, as well as the lack of live TV and content add-ons. it's really just taking the majority of Hulu content on their unified servers and making it accessible via Disney+.

 

I should get free Moana with my hulu they shouldn't dictate it

 

i could've sworn they were working on bringing some more Disney programming to Hulu, but i could be wrong.
