Oof this opener is not good

 

Shes American is my SSOTY shower song of the year i listen to it every time i take a shower and i scrub to the beat and i get super clean its caused me to take upwards of 5 showers a day now

 

What just happened

 

I used to be like that with Brothers on a Hotel Bed. I had some sad showers.

 

Her wig kept falling off and it seemed like she wasn't vibing with the audience, so her set was barely 20 minutes.

1975 were great though! Could not have asked for a better setlist. Forgot that they have young, annoying fans, and parts of the show were like a big campfire sing along.

But If I Believe You was amazing.

 

What is the support for the NA tour? Anybody know who is supporting in the UK in December?

 

Don't even remember the name. N07shamus or something like that.
The DJ said it after every single song and I still don't remember what it was.

 

I'm seeing them next Saturday. I'm so fucking excited I could cry.

 

You guys weren't kidding when you said this opener was bad. Currently watching them and I'm so disinterested in this clusterfuck of noise

They totally were! But those first 15 minutes were rough

Yeah, I also saw them on Sunday and that opener was bizarre. 070 Shake. It was like drunk karaoke with a hype man

 

Hype man was the best part of their set, IMO

 

At first, a hype man/DJ came out on stage and started playing 30 sec clips of Chance and Kanye. I thought it was cool that 1975 brought a DJ out on tour. I was actually hoping it was just gonna be that. Then some chick came out on stage and started screaming into the mic, "Turn up the bass" a good 40 times. Began pouring water on herself for no apparent reason. I wouldn't imagine it to be too hot on stage when you've only been on for 5 minutes into your set. Man, it was weird. Then she started preaching about how music was our religion and how we were all there for peace and love "like back in the 60s." I can't believe this group got to go on tour with the 1975. The 1975 should've picked up a band like Oh Wonder to open for them.

 

Haha her wig kept falling off at my date and she had everybody jump up and down with their middle fingers in the air. Started saying random buzz words like "Peace and love," "Youngblood forever," etc.

 

070 shake was really bad but whatever I didn't pay to see her. Saw the 1975 for the first time last night and they were amazing.

 

Gonna see them again in February, can't wait.
