in high school me and 2 friends fooled a first-year teacher that one kid was having a seizure in class. one kid took an alka seltzer tablet or something like that to have foam coming out of his mouth, fell out of his chair, did that whole thing

teacher immediately called it, "fake," but I rushed over to help and because my older brother had epileptic seizures, and then teacher got freaked out and was like hey we need to call for medical help

but by that point we were laughing
