I know Rousey is a shit head but it’s nice to see her giving the big ole fuck you to Vince

 

I like seeing current/recently former wrestlers take not-so-subtle digs at VInce, or, at the very least, acknowledge how much better things are without him. Styles made an innocuous comment on a podcast recently, too, just about how much more he agrees with the general direction under Levesque.

I'm of two minds, because part of me believes that, for someone like Vince, one of the worst punishments imaginable is watching his baby and the only thing he ever truly cared about not only succeed without him, but absolutely flourish in every way thanks in large part to his absence. He has been proven not only irrelevant, but wildly detrimental in hindsight in a remarkably short period of time. That's awesome.

But, the other part of me just assumes that he's such an ego-maniacal shit bag that be genuinely believes that their recent success is circumstantial and they'd be even better off with him at the helm.

 

This is almost certainly why he forced his way back in before the Rumble last year when they were red hot.

Looks like an announcement is coming soo for next year's Wrestlemania in Minnesota. That's about six hours drive for me so I can finally go to my first Mania weekend (which is funny because the actual Mania event is low on my priority list for that weekend).
