Weirdly excited about the Steelers. Not that they’ll be good this year but they’re doing things they never would have done before.

 

Our only QB on the roster is only signed for one year and is a boomer at this point. Might change things for our draft this year.

I like the move. Pickett's a low risk, cheap backup and its definitely possible a team will overpay for him in a year or so. Roseman has done well with trading QBs in the past (Kolb, Bradford, Wentz)

 

I think Wilson is just so cooked that he won’t be a huge difference in wins this season and they’re delusional to think that with either one they’re making a run so might as well

 

I come to this feeling with a decade of previous pro-Russ bias... but like... what if he's good again?

There's something really funny about people earnestly trying to be like "I can't believe Kenny would be mad about losing snaps to Mason Rudolph or Russ Wilson" as if both of them aren't also demonstrably terrible.

 

i mean, i know we enjoy a good dunk as much as the next guy but, russell wilson is 3 tiers better than both kenny and mason combined lol
