was your less good posture from spending most of your time sedentary prior? im not exactly coming from an educated vantage point. ive not been like diagnosed with a back issue but i have been an idiot and toughed out from scares but 33 has been the year the little stuff gets a lil longer to get back on from or more tlc than my brain wants to give

also to be clear i'd say i am a firmly casual lifter. beyond happy to be healthier and like how i look more but it's more important as a release thing atm

Listening to the newest Dark Side pod where they're playing the cut parts of the Droz interview from season 2 where he's getting super detailed into the story of his injury. Hell yeah, this is why his pod is a great idea

 

Sedentary & doing a bunch of HIIT workouts with no sense of form or recovery in my 20's. I also worked with a trainer who was a major stickler for form, so I had to master the basics before getting near a barbell on my own. Kind of lucked out on that front.
