Just tested positive for Covid for the 2nd time. First time was almost exactly 13 months ago. Sigh.

woke up with a sore throat thinking it was just from mouth breathing, but started feeling crappy as the day went on.

 

I can get behind this theory

 

Differences so far:

Last year, my entire body started feeling achey and I had a tiny bit of drippage from the nose, so I tested thinking it wans't covid. It was. Lost my taste/smell the next day. Felt awful for a day or two, then when I started taking Paxlovid on Day 3 I was pretty instantaneously feeling better.

This time, I woke up with the sore threat and a "head cold" feeling of feeling tired came on throughout the day, some backdrip.

I'm only 2.5 months out from my booster, so hoping my experience is like my mom's was this past...summer? fall? caan't remember when she got it now....where she felt bad for one day but then felt pretty back to normal by day 2, then started her paxlovid on day 3 and was fine besides some congestion.
