First time she's gone for a longer than two word title, and one of them was her name. It feels its length.

 

What if she won aoty and also announced rep tho. It's Taylor's world we're just financing it

 

I do wonder how long this cycle of fame lasts. Everything moves in phases, and eventually the world will tire of her again. Excited for the album.

 

Notably, this will be the first Taylor album to drop in the spring, and the first to come out in the first half of the year.

 

Wonder if this will sound more like midnights or more like folklore/evermore since it was written 2 years ago

i just want more Aaron Dessner production, if that's not too much to ask

 

contrary to how she's posed on the cover, she doesn't know how to lay down because that would prevent her from releasing 3 albums and embarking on a world tour in the course of a calendar year

 

I mean, she hasn't played a live show in two months, so there's a nice chunk of time.

Love Jack, for the record. I just think it's time for some new collaborators. Their "thing" is getting a tad stale.

Those songs are good, but more than any of the other vault tracks so far, they definitely got the "So you guys totally wrote these songs six months ago" reaction out of me.

Even when people "tire" of her she's on top. She's never had a flop era and has always succeeded despite her underdog "they tried to cancel me" narrative. I think she's transitioned to legacy artist now and even when her fame dims a bit she'll keep doing well and being a critical darling

 

We can only hope.

 

As someone who doesn’t really follow along, are we reaching quantity over quality territory over here? The speed and volume that she releases stuff seems insane to me, but hey if it’s working good for her.
