Player's Log: Trails of Cold Steel IV.

Finished Act 1. Man, what a blockbuster ending. Lloyd, Elie, Estelle, Joshua, Renne, KeA, all showing up to save the day, but the one that really got me was fucking Blueblanc. I totally didn't see that coming, and I should have. Love it. And now Renne and KeA are coming with us! Hooray!

Up next: A chapter called Fragments, in which we get Rean back.

After a year and a half break, resuming LAD 7 lol. All the talk of the new game has me resuming the first one.

Palworld on Xbox is based on the hosts internet connection and for some reason my family decided to use my little cousin as the host.

he has the worst connection ever so we keep dropping connection and I legit got pissed off and stopped playing because they refuse to switch to someone else connection because they were already 20 levels deep lol

 

Finished Torna. The ending absolutely gutted me. Knowing fully well what the future held combined with Desolation playing in every scene has me in my feels. It puts soooo much more emphasis on XBC2 proper. like Jin and Gramps, Mikhail and Lora in the ship saving Rex and party, old Minoth, Mythra and Haze, and the Pyra creation scene gave me big Fei/Id vibes.I said I was gonna take a break earlier for free of burnout but I NEED me some moar xeno.

 

so I ended up playing 3 hours of Palworld and now I think that game should not exist for an entirely new set of reasons.

 

my coworker who follows me on twitter and knows how I feel about Things asked if I was gonna play it and I laughed and said hell no then I told him about enshrouded which I might buy into early access for it looks really good

 

yeah but Enshrouded is German, which is yucky.

I really want to get granblue but between Endwalker and XBC3 and THEN FF7R at the end of the month I don't think I'd have time to play it. However it IS the kinda game you can easily pick up and play for 15-30 minutes and play in short bursts so I dunno. The demo was fun, I've been playing the gacha since 2016, I'm a huge fan of the franchise and have been waiting for this since it was revealed....but damn the timing.

 

Damn never heard of Granblue before but looks good

 

It’s got Monster Hunter like online to do bosses/quests. Shits gonna be so good
