Been playing The World of FF demo today, it's painfully adorable.

 

Mankind Divided feels soooooo dated. That's my problem with it

 

I loved it. Thought they took everything good about HR and made it better.

 

If anyone is interested I'm going to be playing some rocket league tonight on ps4.

Played several hours of Mankind Divided before giving up. Thought it was really boring and I loved Human Revolution.

Played some XCom 2 last night on Xbox and I'm loving it so far, despite there being a few problems to it, it's nothing gamebreaking as far as I can tell right now. The stealth elements are always cool because you can set up a few nice ambushes as long as you put some members on Overwatch (not the game haha).

Mankind Divided felt like it was rushed to me...writing was not to the Deus Ex level

 

I'm playing Fallout 4 right now and finding it to have such little depth outside of main quests. I've always bounced around in Bethesda games to try and see everything before getting into the main story. It just feels like I'm finding a ton of nothing.

 

the game before that one...it seemed like all the levels looked exactly the same. can anyone confirm that for me? I've never played those games but the new one looks like it has amazing environments and style

 

Mankind Divided, Fallout 4 and Dark Souls 3 have been huge disappointments in my opinion. Their former entries were among my favorite games of the last generation.

 

Well, the biggest issue with MD (and to a lesser extent HR) were how small the areas are and similar they all feel. It's a big issue with the game in my mind, more because I felt the first games did a great job of making each area feel distinct and expansive. Disappointed that MD couldn't give that feeling to the world.

 

I still get irrationally angry over Fallout 4.

 

I'm wondering how much more time I give it before I move on. I'm only sitting around level 15 or so right now, but I don't know how much more I have in me. I'll probably just switch back to Overwatch/the Binding of Isaac. That cycle will never die.

 

Have Fallout 4 on my shelf and just....don't even know if I feel like starting. Don't know if I have it in me haha

 

What was so bad about fallout 4? I didnt play it. I started it, played 1.5 hours and realized I had spent too many hours playing Bethesda games to enjoy them anymore without them completely overhauling the mission narratives and structuring.

 

This deal would be great except it's physical only.

 

physical is the best because I hate doing digital.
