Hackensack brings back some memories. I burnt this album for someone in high school and then a couple years later it was somehow discovered that we both posted on ap.net lol

 

I actually came SO close to picking Pachuca Sunrise, but since I was one of the last people to submit I suppose that wouldn't have worked out anyway.

One of my absolute favorite songs of all time.

 

Almost chose the Wild Pink song. Glad someone else did

 

Also how nobody picked a weakerthans song is criminal. I was SOOOO close to using One Great City! or Left and Leaving.

 

Who am I even kidding .... Absinthe Party is also one of my absolute favorite songs of all time.

I had so many songs to pick from for my submission this time, it was so hard to choose. I just went with what I was feeling in the moment.

 

Pachuca Sunrise still hits me as hard as it did when I was in high school.

 

I almost picked "Trucker's Atlas," but reconsidered only because of the length haha

For me it's one of those songs where I wish I could experience hearing that song for the first time again, and capture that feeling in a bottle, or be transported to that time and place. Nostalgia, hell of a drug indeed.

Pleasantly surprised by that Linkin Park song. Slowly Slowly sounds like something I would have listened to in high school.
