New Year’s Day is Monday so isn’t that just an episode of Raw?

 

Batista for the HOF is my guess

 

Triple H is doing themed episodes now like they do in NXT.

 

Wonder how they’ll handle the HOF this year.

Batista is due to headline. You could argue Wyatt as well since his passing.

It’ll almost certainly be ECW heavy because of Philly

 

They haven't done a posthumous headliner so I'm not sure if Bray will break that trend.

Would guess Heyman but he said he doesn't want to get inducted yet. Raven and Tajiri seem possible.

 

Heard Sandman signed a legends contract, so please god let it be him

 

I mean, AEW has had how many themed episodes this month? I'm a little surprised WWE hasnt used that more...especially when they have some larger 6-8 week gaps between PPVs.

 

Sandman is a lock, but he aint headlining a class. Batista as a headline with like Dreamer, Sandman, Heyman. I presume Bray Wyatt goes in posthumously. Add in a celebrity and that's kinda the class.

edit: Man, Raven would be fun as hell too. It depends how much sway Heyman has in this ceremony and how diffrently HHH thinks in terms of "WWE" legacy vs wrestling legacy.

 

Will AEW create its own HoF soon? With Sting retiring i could see him and Mr. Brodie Lee as the first inductees.

 

Uh so this Jericho news is bad

 

Yeah this new WWE/Sasha news means absolutely nothing to me after we just had the Punk situation.

Regarding that Jericho stuff......oh boy.

Not surprising, he has had questionable character for years now but I don't see anything at all being done about it and that sucks

 

i'd argue that heyman could headline, because of his history with ecw, as well as his tenure as a brand manager/booker with smackdown, as well as OVW. and that's before you bring up his role as an on air character with lesnar, punk, roman...

i get that batista is a flashy pick due to his outside exposure, but IN WWE, his contributions don't eclipse heyman's.

 

Jericho/Hausman are both garbage. Hausman is hardly a reliable source and seems to have beef with AEW. Even if it’s true, his motivation and timing is questionable/disgusting. At this point I’m not surprised about allegations against anyone in the industry. Jericho needs to go away regardless. Too much of him on TV.
