And I hate it when Doug says “it’s not the plays”. Like, okay Doug if you wanna get technical yeah the “plays” in a vacuum are probably fine, but the situations they’re being called in are very bad! The calls that are being prioritized the most do not accentuate our strengths! I KNOW you’re not that dense, come on man

Doug simply cannot be the only fucking person who can’t see that his scheme / playbook, while good on paper, isn’t NEARLY as good when he isn’t the one picking the right plays for the situation.

I mean does he really think his coordinators are doing a good job right now because that does not compute for me. I’m holding out hope that he just doesn’t wanna throw them under the bus until we finished the season and then he’ll re-evaluate

I’m not against drafting one of those top tackles! Just wasn’t what I preferred to happen as of a week ago when we were in the running for one of the 2 QB’s lol

If it’s wrong it is what it is, but after 3-4 years of some of those most boring offensive football, call me guilty to be annoyed we keep winning and have lost the chance to get a top QB prospect and may have to watch a more protected Zappe/Jones throwing to Parker again.

But picking in the 5-7 range, I’ll take the offensive line help if it comes to it

Granted I’ve never had a Boston style North Shore Beef Sandwich, maybe it tastes way better than it looks

but google Chaps Pit Beef, Baltimore classic roast beef sandwich joint (mentioned in The Wire and everything) and tell me that doesnt look more appetizing

 

A lifetime obsession can’t be replaced! A north shore beef could be a snack, lunch, dinner, midnight snack, and has the fun factor. It’s not trying to be a pretentious food and doesn’t attract the foodie people, so it’s our own lil’ fun treat that’s special to us!

Plus, a “crab leg” FB group ain’t gonna do it for me

Food definitely doesn’t have to be pretentious to be an awesome local speciality.

One of the best Maryland foods the French fries. Who knew simply putting Old Bay and Malt Vinegar on soft-fried (potatoey, but not mushy like potato wedges), hand cut / never frozen French fries would be so good and so region-specific.

Took awhile to get used to smelling malt vinegar in bars lol but once I actually tried it I was like “damn this is delicious I get it”
