Even when I ate meat, beef was typically near the bottom of the list of preferences. Chicken / pork / seafood have always been better

 

Sorry but I only feel super passionately about spaghetti with meatballs on account of the meatballs

I can get behind this, although it depends on the chicken and depends on the seafood.

 

Seafood is the best. There’s a sushi spot in Oakland that mainly does nigiri, and it’s so delicious. I also grilled some lobster tails for the first time last night, and surprisingly I cooked them just right even though I really had no idea what I was doing. Poured some lemon-garlic butter over the top, so good

 

Beef > chicken > pork = some shellfish depending on how they’re prepared/served > other seafood
