They basically got lucky that a 5th round pick turned out to be an absolute monster of a WR, otherwise they’ve basically had guys that were already there when Andy got there (Bowe) or guys Reid had already had success with elsewhere (Maclin).
Chiefs got the late-Eagles Andy run where he invested in WRs first, now they’re getting the early Eagles andy Reid run where he’s like oh I got a great QB and my offense is designed well, there’s no need for a WR. James Thrash, you’re our #1.
