They really should have done this after that Jags playoff loss, was such a waste of time and season.

Despite the team being a dumpster fire and getting older at key skill positions and some cap issues, still prob one of the better head coaching/GM jobs available for the sake of a good QB (shush), great uniforms, and its LA.

Like I get Allen, Williams, Ekeler, Mack, etc. are all older but I'd still choose this team over like Carolina lol
