    You go through a whole process of the extremity that is affected being weakened from the surgery on its own, and there are enough occurrences of re-injuries and or compensatory injuries after surgery happening that it should start being considered more.

    The ACL and other ligaments only provide passive joint stability. If someone rehabbed well enough, their hip and knee musculature could provide enough stability to make someone functional and return to sports.

    Also, it’s not going to happen in every individual, but there is evidence now of spontaneous healing of ACLs depending on what section of the ligament the injury occurs.

    Tua wasn't good enough tonight. The OL wasnt good enough tonight (granted with basically all backups). The D wasnt good enough late. McDaniel wasnt good enough.
