Ah I had no idea they played. They certainly haven’t touched their IG in a while, you’d never know they had a show in a few days

 

Glad I went to England for some of the CDADIC 20th anniversary shows in October. Matt’s voice has been rough, so not entirely surprising. Still hopeful he’d do a few Hours shows in 2025

 

KKTX is not touring with either, they are headlining their own

 

Stoop Fest presale tickets are $15 right now. Never been but I impulsively picked up 4 of them

Dreamcar are back apparently?

 

Wonder if that's another one-off Placebo date. Can't imagine them doing another North American run for their latest.

 

Other Cruel World thought....Interpol w/Placebo would do well as a tour.

 

First thing that stuck out to me was that. Wonder if a new album is in the works? Or any other touring?

 

Could also probably be a one-off since I (believe) all band members are LA-area based.

 

I could see them playing a few shows around Cruel World on the West Coast since AFI's tour with Thirty Seconds doesn't start until late July - but not many..

Be nice if they fellas decided to do something for the anniversary of Tragic Kingdom - not holding my breath

No Doubt reunite 2025 challenge

 

I think the album was actually finished for the most part in 1994 - I know Eric quit in like 1993 or 1994, and he's still on the cover art

They are "celebrating" the album next year but Green Day released all their Dookie 30 stuff this year even though it came out in Feb 1994

The Cardiff show was pretty spectacular. Matt was definitely struggling that night and also the final night in London but I didn't anticipate this. Thankful I got to go to both UK tours in 2022 and 2023.

 

Good amount of bands I would want to see on Sonic Temple but all spread out between the days. Probably skipping

 

It's a great fest! My friends are the ones that organize it every year, very excited to see what they pull out this year.

Oh okay, so Davey didn’t actually sing the No Doubt songs. That’s far less interesting to me haha

 

Hoping they can get Camp Trash back again but for $15 I truly won’t be disappointed if I don’t recognize anyone on the lineup. I’m just psyched for a day trip to discover some new artists.
