DS1 doesn’t hold up imo after DS3 and Bloodborne

 

He mentions that but he also said that once you settle down and learn to moves an upgrade the prosthetics it becomes MUCH easier than BB.

Yeah it got a little easier as I went through it but I just never felt “good” at the game, just mediocre enough to finish it. Couldn’t beat demon of hatred though.

 

But yeah, it goes against everything you have been taught in SoulsBorne games.

 

I'm absurdly bad at Sekiro. I play every From game with all the training wheels they give you lmao

Blasphemous isn't even bad at all, just a bit clunky. I'm guessing the second one fixes all the issues I had with the first.

I guess Darksiders 3 and Jedi: Fallen Order are also soulslike. basically anything that heavily relies on parrying I'm gonna suck at.

 

When I actually play the Souls games, I'm totally doing it with a trainer on.

Oh, and he makes a good point in the video: the reason BB is so hard: you don’t have a shield!

If you don’t use shields, well:

 

Think DS1 and maybe 3 I used a shield. But largely didn’t.

 

Player's Log: Trails Of Cold Steel.

So I'm back in the game after taking a couple days off, and every minute it felt like my game was crashing. I was in the fifth floor of the old schoolhouse, and it seemed like every fight, I'd crash and have to set the game (and my trainer) back up again.

Finally figured out the trigger. Basically one of the new characters I got in this chapter, every time I try to do a Link attack with him, the game would crash. I swapped him out for someone else, and immediately had no more problems.

Fucking stupid. I'm hoping it was just a bug for that dungeon, cause I'd hate to never be able to use him in combat.

 

Playing Bloodborne for the first time just now (which is also my first Soulsborne game.) Definitely struggling through it but I can't stop playing it, it's so addictive. If this list is accurate I'm hoping BB will be good practice for getting into the rest.

 

Hi everyone. So the Xbox deal fell thru with walmart so I went to Micro Center today and bought a solid gaming rig premade that was on sale and I am now a part of the PC superrace
