could absolutely go for some gas station chicken right now though

 

i hope its not too coastal elitist of me to prefer fried chicken from a good local restaurant that specializes in the cuisine and not, a gas station.

Yes - but that’s because, even in Atlanta, the fried chicken capital of the country, the best places to get it are city-market stands, bars, and diners haha, not full on restaurants

 

Gas station chicken though? Meh, Royal Farms in MD is decent but somehow even more greasy than Popeyes and less flavorfully spiced so I just go to Popeyes

 

I’ve had Krispy Krunchy chicken recently as well and that is definitely worse than Royal Farms

 

I was cheating a little bit cause it's a family that rents out a section of the gas station lol

David Tepper’s press conference, where he dodged any football related question and instead boasted about events “he” brought to the city, made me understand Shad Khan so much more (not in a good way)

these motherfuckers really could care less about the product on the field. As long as the organization is bringing in money who cares if that money’s even football related.

They want a pat on the back for doing business for the city even when the city and its taxpayers are the ones who bought the damn venue, and even when said business isn’t actually affordable or representative of the people who support the team. Fuck the owners. Fans are not rooting for your business success on the side. Fans are also not giving you any credit for bringing concerts to a stadium, which is the most obvious move ever.

NFL teams should be publicly owned and whoever manages the business side of the team and handles the hiring/firing of GMs and coaches, should be voted in or out by fans. It shouldn’t be an asset billionaires use as a launchpad into other business they have no intelligence about.

Tepper would lose his job so fucking fast if he was accountable to anyone other than himself. Shad woulda lost his job the year after Meyer.
