Chiloso is tiers above Chipotle, Qdoba, all that shit. And that’s only one of their several chains like that.

here that doesn’t exist, you just gotta go buy tacos from one-off establishments run by actual Hispanic immigrants to get good tacos - and I love that too, it’s authentic and delicious, but it’s also not the same exact thing as like, a good Tex Mex taco/burrito, which has its place
