Because of the shrink records being in the sleeve and how it’s packaged

real ones ship records outside the sleeve in a poly bag shout out relapse

 

My buddy got MuteMath and the spine on his jacket was split. Felt so bad for him.

I have several that are split. Wrongdoers by Norma Jean is the one that irritates me the most, just because of the value of that record.

Agreed. When I first refreshed, there was only one bundle that popped up so I immediately ordered that one. It was the color/clear bundle out of 1000, so I'm fine just sticking with that.

 

Went with the /2000 bundle cuz those variants are cooler

I'm always weary of ordering variants like that because the actual outcome almost never matches the mockup. But if it does in this case, I agree. That's pretty nice.

 

besides kallax, what are some other visually-appealing vinyl organizing/storage brands that are rec'd here? just want to get a range of options. I don't mind spending a bit on it.

I’m stoked to own them again - the first four are harder to come across than the last 5

I use Ikea Besta shelves.
You can install doors on them if you want - but the hinges WILL get in the way.
The best thing about them is you can stack 'em however you see fit...
I only have 3 in use at the moment.

I was very torn about which variant to pick. I didn’t see the pressing numbers until after I made my choice. I’m curious to see how they both turn out.
