Stardew people: how long did it take you to complete the Community Center Bundles?

I am on Winter Year 1 and got a lot of it done, but it's looking like I am probably not going to get everything until at least Summer Year 2. I got to focus on building up my livestock next year to get a lot of stuff I need. There is also one seasonal fish I still to to catch. The trading cart helps a lot.

This playstyle is fine, but I do find myself just wanting to get it all over so I can just focus on grinding and playing how I want.

I gave up. I feel like it’s basically impossible to do it in an amount of time that feels in any way reasonable, unless you use an efficiency guide, which destroys the vibe of the game.

 

I feel like the Missing Bundle to unlock the movie theatre where it needs like Dinosaur Mayonnaise and stuff like that is going to to take forever, but in my mind that is more post-game type stuff anyway.

I haven't been using any guide beyond basic wiki stuff about seasons to grow/catch what, and getting finished by end of year 2 seems pretty reasonable right now. I just need all the basic animal products, 25k gold, an Eel, and a few specific crops for the Bulletin Board Bundle and I am done.

I think the key is just to try to save one of everything you find in your chests, and try to check the inventory on the trading cart in the forest as much as possible. A few items I thought were going to the hardest things to get I found at the trading cart in the Winter Night Market.

I don’t remember details, but I think some of the special crops aren’t guaranteed even if you do everything right and some of the fish have very limited windows, during which you still have the chance to not encounter them. So before you know it you need to wait a whole year for some damn fishing.

 

Yeah that I have to wait to get an Eel. If I would have known its available only at night in the rain in specific season when I started the game my fish tank bundle would already be finished.

 

you have to really try to get it done year 1 (plus I think turn on a certain setting). Its really supposed to be a year 2 thing.

 

Like right now I'm in Winter Year 1, and I have the Craft Room and Boiler Room bundles completed, I am just one get away each from completing both the Fish Tank and the Vault bundles. I have a little bit to go on the Pantry and Bulletin Board bundles.

Bulletin Board is going to be the toughest to get done I think.

 

Most of this winter I have been just grinding in the mines getting stuff to craft Quality Sprinklers. I have like 30 now which enough for over 200 crops. I am going to make a killing in the Spring.

 

New Rogue came out today. Been on steam for a while in EA. I think it's out on all consoles now with 1.0?

It is god damn GOOD.
