@Rob Hughes on the other hand needs to

 

way easier to use your local files through the app they integrate into your library like any other song or album you’ve got added, Spotify’s local file system was horrendous but at this point it’s been so long I barely remember it and it’s possible it’s different now but apple has had that from the jump. I also much prefer the desktop app for apple, which I use my desktop for music listening a lot so if you do too that’s def a factor. The mobile app is good but it’s not necessarily better or worse than Spotify. Also as the homie pointed out tons of dj mixes, plus radio shows, etc and I find their curated playlists and for you playlists to be a lot better and more accurate to my tastes than Spotify. There is literally one month out of the year (December) where you feel left out because of no wrapped or whatever but the other 11 months of using a superior app make up for it. Also the audio quality is much better on apple.

 

Im working about 50 - 60 hours a week right now at my job and im hoping i can use some of this extra money for Black Friday and upgrade to a monitor/high quality headset.

 

I also find browsing for new stuff through genre tags or suggested if you like at the bottom of an album or artist page really rewarding in finding new stuff. Like every Friday I go to the metal genre page for new music and I have found tons of stuff I never would have otherwise that I love

 

The day I can instantly connect my Sonos to Spotify then we can talk

 

I’ll say this: I’ll never tire of this now playing design.
