They finally played SMFS and The Shipped Gold Standard tonight. FAD becomes the first album they’ve played every song from.

    I can’t believe I just wrote that.

  4. I couldn't believe this so I had to check setlist.fm. How have they not played all of FUTCT? They need to play Champagne just to round it off. And "It's Hard to Say "I Do", When I Don't" also needs a live debut. Crazy stuff.

    They’ve never played Sending Postcards

They literally played the full album like 10 years ago at a small club. I watched the videos.

edit: I think. Didn’t they do it when they came back from hiatus?

They haven’t done a TTTYG playthrough since 2008 at that secret show in Buffalo, and they skipped Sending Postcards.

    Composer, but never composed.

i can't believe i witnessed the (shipped) gold standard live, the scream i screamed was unreal

what a night, what a band. they left out some absolute smashes but the setlist was still so stacked. no MANIA made me sad but I reckon i'm one of the few who cared

feels like the absolute best time to be a fan of this band

I can't wait to see them again in February from just seeing them in the Summer. The setlist rotation of songs and the mystique and lore of playing these old songs has me so hyped.

Magic 8 ball today was the full band debut of What a Time to Be Alive and…AB/AP lol. I have no idea what they were thinking with that one.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

they let the 8 ball pick, no thinking involved

Anyone else getting themselves a Pete Wentz Sterling Bass? They seem like a great deal!

Just here to echo that I was at the London show last Friday, and we got TWO magic 8 ball songs, American Beauty and What a Time To Be Alive', and I found that extremely disappointing. Especially just looking at the last few days' setlists, where they got Fame < Infamy, Thriller, Young Volcanoes and The Shipped Gold Standard...

I’d be pretty disappointed. And honestly, I don’t think Thriller should have even been an 8 ball either, just for the fact that they’ve played it pretty often too.

I create content for some of your favorite artists

I'd love for more bands to do a little 8 ball section and mix up their sets each night with a couple deep cuts

Yeah I'm surprised they considered that an 8-ball and didn't just toss it in that "Infinity on High" rotation spot with Hum Hallelujah, Take Over, Doldrums etc.

That’s what I was thinking. They seem to add to the rotation once it becomes an 8 ball, but the Euro tour is over so I’m guessing it’ll reset again.
