Pretty sure this is what Biden is referring to, the end of the Israeli military operation that was a response to militants' retaliation for the evictions in Sheikh Jarrah and the crackdowns on the protests. It's not really something to brag about obviously. It's funny that he does though because he's basically saying hey man, in this case, they got a lot more runway. Maybe Biden will decide it's also run out eventually but even if he did it tomorrow, wouldn't make me think any better of his dealing with this

Incredibly damning that Biden didn’t demand he stop when he couldn’t articulate when he would stop bombing back then and waited until sometime later to do it. What monsters these people are. I already knew it but reading that makes me feel so much more sickened that Biden and our stupid sick country definitely could prevent Palestinians from being slaughtered but they’re too gutless and morally corrupt to do so.
