my apartment is only 400 sq ft but hear me out the heat vent is at a position in the ceiling that blows perfectly at the crapper so its always nice and warm for my booty. this is home

 

We bought our condo almost 4 years ago and at this rate I fully plan to die in it.

I forget if I’ve posted this before, but right before I got the surgery in 2013 my mom threw a “pig party” to celebrate me becoming part pig. We ate all food derived from a pig.

I woke up and they told me they used a cow valve. I was so pissed. But I am now part BEEF

my (since deceased) Father-in-law had a bovine valve for his bypass too

 

i’m sure if you call the utilities company they’ll turn it on

 

this is simply not feasible in 2023 unless you’re in the middle of nowhere lol

 

we bought our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house (like 2k sqft) for a little over 400k in late 2019 but since we built it we didn’t lock in an interest rate until almost a year later and got 2.1%. our neighbors either the same floor plan sold theirs for 700k earlier this year lmao. only reason we aren’t doing the same is bc we won’t be able to get that interest rate or anywhere near it any time soon and they had their third kid, we have plenty of space for the three of us.

I was born with a heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot which pretty much means I had a hole in my heart when born and they had to repair it when I was 6 months old.

Then when I turned 18 they recommended a valve replacement (cause due to the condition the other valve overworks) so that’s when I thought I was becoming part pig (and my mom had the party) but the surgeon used a cow valve instead.

I’ll actually prob get another one once this wears out. Usually these valves last 10-15 years. Nowadays they can go through like your thigh to replace it and not open heart surgery.

TL/DR - I’m built different

It was not intentionally taking advantage of a terrible situation as we started the process right before the world shut down, but we did get extremely lucky. We planned to live in this for 5 years but now might just die in it
