when did I do that? I don’t presently think Jacksonville is a good city lol. I do feel like it gets unnecessarily singled out when a lot of cities in the south are like that, but it’s definitely a bottom 3 NFL city

Jax sucks, any good feelings I have about it are 90% nostalgia

I just also simultaneously don’t support moving to London. I mean Jax is a working class city that has nothing else, let them keep the damn football team lol. and I feel like local Jags fans have waited way too long to be good, to suddenly lose the team when they finally become good.

 

i honestly don’t remember lol, it seemed like in the preseason comparing it favorably to other cities of similar size

 

My thoughts on the 5-2 Jags (of which four of those wins were against the Colts, Falcons, Saints, and Steelers) is that every week I keep reading or hearing about stupid shit that Press Taylor, Trevor Lawrence, and the funky bunch do and that they aren’t as good as they should be or were perceived to be going into the season

And therefore I dub them a paper tiger

 

i have been to jacksonville and don’t really buy that. honestly, if you remove the parks in the suburbs, orlando seems more charlotte-lite than jacksonville

 

This will definitely convince shad khan

 

they WILL be a paper tiger in the playoffs if they keep calling offense like this. It’s good that we can win ugly but we’re also making it harder on ourselves than it needs to be

- the reason people hate certain winning fanbases
(ditto for the also awful “my great team is so bad” alternative to this)

 

They're both banking cities that are way too expensive for how little they offer, way too spread out, and bands would rather drive through the city than play there
