That sounds like a threat.

 

I'd love to have an EV. But my needs are on two opposite ends of the spectrum — either something I can drag kids and cycling equipment all across Oregon on the weekends, which means a $50k+ "luxury" SUV. Or something to replace a Honda Fit that drives maybe 15 miles a week for school drop off and groceries, and I'm not paying $20k+ for a used Bolt.

Basically what I really want is for my Forester to be a plug in hybrid like the Crosstrek.

my dream EV is a 350mile+ outback. i'm holding out hope but the Soltera is probably the worst EV made in recent years so I wouldn't doubt if Subie abandons EVs for the time being unfortunately
