That’s the worst f bomb to have missing. Takes all the emotion out of line. I’d rather they left that in and removed the opening line about masturbation in the next track. My 8 year old had more questions about that than she ever had about the word fuck.

it's wild how much better TURN THIS OFF! and FUCK FACE are as songs, and for their purpose on the album, than Built This Pool and Brohemian Rhapsody. The Cali ones just feel so much like... very obvious attempts at the humor of "classic" blink, without really bringing anything to the table. The two new ones are pretty interesting and are still dumb humor but kinda in an adult way haha... hard to explain, but it's true

Not trying to take a dig at Nine, an album I do like, but Mark’s entire reaction when asked if Blink topped that album makes so much sense after hearing this one.

  4. Bad News might be my fave. Such a TOYPAJ-esque jam.

YDKWYG blows my mind. I hear a little Adam's Song, Bored To Death, San Diego

    "I'll chew on a dog!"

Just had a coffee-fueled living room dance party with my wife to Blink Wave. Felt great.

Ok I feel stupid for just realizing the “my old(?) shit ends here tonight” is the same vocal delivery as “if we’re fucked up you’re to blame” from anthem pt 2

this is the last song i’ll ever write for you.

It’s wild to me how much attention these guys and album are going to get from me over other bands coming out with new music. Like, I almost don’t even care about other music as much because I was just given the only thing I ever really wanted.

    Thanks, blink.

Just read @Jason Tate ’s review. Really hammered home how important this band is, especially in the sense of how accessible they’ve always been. Funny enough, I also discovered Blink through my best friend, Ryan, back in 99. We got together last night and ran through the album together and both agreed that this is the closest we’ve felt to music in years. It just feels like fucking home.

    Better than you, sorry

This is how I feel for More Than You Know and the end of Anthem Pt 3 also. The latter would have been more triumphant like Welcome To The Black Parade.

Doesn’t stop them from being my favorite songs on the album though.

    Things have changed.

Crazy how this is the only band that's ever mattered.

I expected a bit more and they may still get there (115-125k), but these are solid numbers. Hope it's enough for #1...

"Major rock albums from blink-182 and The Rolling Stones will lead the week in debuts. Can either catch Drake’s For All The Dogs (OVO/Republic) which gets the edge today to return to #1 with 109-115k? Could Bad Bunny also be in the mix for a repeat? Stay tuned.

    blink-182 (Columbia) 95-105k
    The Rolling Stones (Geffen) 75-85k
    Fuerza Regida (Rancho Humilde/Street Mob/Sony Latin) 30-35k"
